Fargo Red River Trail: short return from Lindenwood
Fargo
Up to 2 miles return · Out and back
Paved river multi-use trail
Use an open designated park arrival area and walk to the paved river trail. Follow the signed Fargo-bank trail north up to one mile and retrace. Turn earlier at floodwater, works or a road interface; do not cross the river bridge for this outing.
Do not use the closed Rotary playground/shelter parking area. Begin only from an open lawful public arrival; otherwise postpone.
Northern Cass Pass — Arthur southern head: short bicycle return
Arthur
Up to 4 miles return · Out-and-back
Asphalt main rail corridor
Follow the signed main path north toward Hunter on the separate rail corridor. Turn after 2 outward miles or before the first public-road crossing, work barrier, uncertain continuation or uncomfortable transition, whichever comes first; retrace. Oak Park paved loop — Minot, North Dakota
Minot
1.4 mi · Loop
Paved
Enter Oak Park from 4th Avenue NW, between the 11th and 14th blocks. Use designated park parking; the manager's illustrated map shows the entrance and several lots. The central parking area beside the amphitheater and Shelter 7 is a useful orientation point. Walk your bicycle through the lot and onto the adjacent paved path. The park district's office at 420 3rd Avenue SW is not the ride start.
Sertoma Park — paved park loop
Bismarck
3.2 mi · Loop
Asphalt shared-use park trail.
Sertoma Park in Bismarck has a 3.2-mile paved shared-use loop connecting its riverfront and recreation grounds. Ride one circuit and return to the same parking area. Your short walked parking approach is extra. This outing stays on the main asphalt loop; it does not add the Bill Mills interpretive trail, golf-course paths or the longer Riverfront Trail.
Spring Lake — east recreation area: short bicycle return
Williston
Up to 1 mile return · Out-and-back
Smooth asphalt selected lakeside main path
Follow the signed main path on the paved lakeside main path away from the east recreation area. Turn after 0.5 outward miles or before the first public-road crossing, work barrier, uncertain continuation or uncomfortable transition, whichever comes first; retrace. Walk any initial lot or access-drive interface. Do not use a road or private-property detour.
