Glasgow Park: southern paved perimeter circuit
Delaware · Other separated ride
Follow the asphalt outer loop around the southern park and return to the same junction. Stay on the outer paved route at playground, court, promenade and wooded branches. Walk internal driveway interfaces. Exclude the northern crushed-gravel paths, sledding-hill climb and skate park; retrace rather than improvise if work interrupts the circuit.

Permission and effort: Trail partner expressly identifies walking, cycling and skating on the southern multi-use loop; prior state GIS also designates bicycle use. Partner calls the southern loop flat and Easy. That does not certify every parking spur or the sledding hill. Walk an uncomfortable driveway transition.
Planning: Dawn–dusk; vehicles must leave before gates close. County says no general park admission fee; rented courts, fields and pavilions are separate. Yield to walkers, keep pets leashed and obey signs. E-bike class eligibility is not established by this ordinary bicycle guide.
Access reviewed October 20, 2026 Central (October 21 UTC): County project page confirms the playground opened July 24, 2026 and courts are available, superseding the older late-spring forecast. Separate fall demolition notices are not a whole-loop closure. Keep out of work staging and follow local detours or retrace. No current pavement inspection is implied.
Bring water and choose suitable weather. Parking walking is extra. No surveyed parking-space pin or navigable GPX is supplied.
