Planning: Daylight and posted recreation-area gates; boat launch hours do not establish all-trail 24 hour use. No current ordinary access tariff established; posted terms govern. Event, camping and rental charges are separate. Use designated public day-use spaces, respect reservations, leash pets under 6 feet and yield to walkers. No overnight camping. Ordinary pedal bicycles; no refuge hiking-spur or e-bike permission inferred.

Access reviewed October 20, 2026 Central (October 21 UTC): Parish 2020 account confirms asphalt bicycle use; fresh retrieval does not make it a 2026 field report. Current recreation inventory supports this public arrival. Historical 2015/2016 high-water closures illustrate flood susceptibility, not a present closure; inspect silt / local barriers. Proposed 2021 extension is not presumed built and not needed for this short course. No crossing of Parkway or arena pedestrian bridge. This is a dated source review, not a field inspection or current-day all-clear. Postpone for snow, ice, high water, soft tread or barriers rather than improvising a bypass.

Bring water and choose suitable weather. Parking walking is extra. No surveyed parking-space pin or navigable GPX is supplied.
